Jodi Hays studied Foundations at School of Visual Arts and finished her undergraduate studies at the University of Tennessee, receiving a Bachelors of Fine Art in Drawing. Before graduate studies she worked in arts administration for six years in Boston.  She received a Master of Fine Arts in Visual Art in 2006 at Vermont College of Fine Art. Her work has been shown nationwide including at Barbara Krakow Gallery, Bernard Toale Gallery (Boston Drawing Project), TAG Art Gallery, Jackson State University (MS), Whistler House Museum of Art and Gordon College.


She has been at artist-in-residence at Vermont Studio Center and the Cooper Union School of Art.  Her work is included in collections nationwide, including Gordon College and Avenue Bank.  She gives talks and lectures on her work nationwide, and currently curates at Tennessee State University.  You can view her work at the Drawing Center, New York.
